Hey friends, Julia here again, and this time I like to show you an interactive layout with some tips.
The Keepsake kit has such fun and vibrant colors, it is perfect for documenting last summer´s activities.
I have to confess that I’m not a mini album type of scrapper, I prefer making layouts than minis. With this page I want to demostrate how can you put playfully even nine photos on your scrapbook page if you want.

1.) So my first tip is: use tags! Just pierce your paper with a pretty brad to fix your tag. These tags you will find on the Adventure double sided patterned paper from the March main kit.

2.) ‘Tease your audience’: put some photos under, some on the tags. Like a hide and seek game. With this method you can easily scrap your less successful photos while you can highlight your best ones, or you can hide your journaling if you want.

3.) Mix random ink effects, like splattering, with stamping:

4.) Use your stash: these brads I used are from an old Christmas collection, but they are fit well with this colors. Where the pattern was clearly Christmassy, I replaced the plastic part for an enamel dot.

5.) Never underestimate the strips with the brand you cut off from the bottom of a double sided layout. I used some to create the bottom line of my page.

I hope this little tricks will help you while you create your next layout.
Have fun creating!
Julia
