1.WE CAN READ ALL ABOUT YOU IN THIS MEET ME ON MONDAY POST SO, TELL US, WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN UP TO LATELY?

I’ve mainly been moving my craft stuff around the house, as the building works still goes on at home. The kitchen is almost finished and it’s a lovely and bright room perfect for scrapbooking in. I’m waiting patiently for my craft room to be finished. I keep reminding myself that Rome wasn’t built in a day!

2.DO YOU THINK YOUR SCRAPPING STYLE HAS CHANGED SINCE YOU FIRST STARTED SCRAPPING?

Yes. I’ve looked back through my early layouts (I only started August 2015) and they’ve evolved. There’s more stitching, die cuts and paint involved these days.

3.WHICH 3 ITEMS DO YOU HAVE TO HAVE CLOSE BY WHEN CREATING?

I have my 3D foam pads, pink ATG gun and a 12″ T square ruler.

4.IF YOU HAD TO GIVE A PIECE OF ADVICE TO A NEWBIE SCRAPBOOKER, WHAT WOULD IT BE?

Remember to document the stories you want to tell. Photos are great but the story is the most important part.

5.WHO’S YOUR BIGGEST INSPIRATION?

Apart from the daily inspiration in the Like For Ever subscriber Facebook Group, there’s a few. Mainly Ashley Horton, Paige Evans and Ali Edwards. I love how they all use cut files on their layouts. I love Ashley’s fun and colourful layouts teamed with cut files. Paige’s layouts are breathtaking – I love her use of watercolour and stitching. I love how Ali Edwards is using scrapbooking to tell her stories. These stories are what scrapbooking for me is all about. It’s one thing that I’m working on is to include more journalling on my layouts.

6. WHAT WOULD YOUR DREAM CRAFT ROOM LOOK LIKE?

My craft room would be all white with a pop of colour. I would have my Crate Paper desktop organiser that was recently purchased from like for ever on a very large desk.  It would all be labelled so I would never lose a thing. It would be my haven for scrapbooking. I’m currently planning a craft room and it’s being built as I write this. I’m so excited to actually have space to create.

7.IF YOU COULD DESIGN A SCRAPBOOKING COLLECTION, WHAT WOULD IT LOOK LIKE?

It would be bright fun colours with hearts and flowers. It would also have die cut quotes and lots of tags to journal on.

8.MY FAVOURITE AUTUMNAL ACTIVITY WOULD BE…

We love to walk through the local forest. We often meet family there for along walk through. The children love climbing the trees and collecting leaves and sticks.

9.CURRENTLY BINGE EATING…

Bugles cheese crisps, I used to eat these in France years ago and I found them in Sainsburys recently. They are so moorish.

10.A MEMORY THAT WILL ALWAYS STAY WITH ME IS…

My husband proposing to me underwater whilst diving in Thailand. It was very romantic.
